  7. Love your towels especially with the feature buttons. I am exactly like you with new things but in the end you just have to have a go and play. Once you do that you will be fine. Hugs.

  9. Congratulations on the Bernina. I bought mine about 3 years ago and have never looked back. I love it. Handles FMQ beautifully. Love your little towels and the buttons just finish them off perfectly. You seem to find the cutest fabrics.

  19. Gorgeous hand towels and a lovely parcel for someone. Take a deep breath and dive in. Start with something small, just some piecing, and in no time you will have the confidence to move on. Looks a lovely machine. Enjoy it.

  20. You did a great job on the towels. Your Bernina should come with guide classes free of charge if you bought it from a Bernina dealer. I have worked for Bernina company in the past and that is their policy and as far as I know it has not changed. Wish I lived close enough to come over and show you how to use it :)

  21. Oh I adore the buttons on these new handtowels, they look great, and a lovely parcel to go out :)
Yep I am a scaredy cat with new things, I just wait til I am ready, usually sooner than I think I get excited instead of scared and have a play :) Maybe get yourself a notebook and pencil to have near it, so you can make notes of how you do things, just until you get used to it and it becomes normal for you

  24. When I have bought a new machine I have instantly set it up and packed my other one away. That makes me learn to use it. You will be amazed how easy it is. My last 3 machines have been Berninas. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

  35. Gorgeous towels and I love the buttons on them too. I believe Bernina to be one of the best machines on the market. I had one for about 20 years until I wore it out lol. My parents bought me a Janome to replace it which I went halves with. Sometimes I miss my Bernina but only because I was so used to using all its funtions.
