So i started sewing all the rows together and i thought what the heck the 2nd panel is too short.This was doing my head in trying to find out where i went wrong,then just before i put it away i worked out the problem is in my 1st row of blocks they are too big,dont know what i was thinking when i made up that row,so a lot of reverse stitching will be done on Sunday,Sat is out as we have a wedding to go to.
Thursday night i got another block done and last night i also got another block ready to start needle turning,so slowly but surely i will get there.A big thankyou to Chez for hosting our night of stitching,to see what everyone else was up to go here.,hope you all had a good night.

ReplyDeleteOh I wondered what 'reverse stitching' was - silly me! I do things like that ALL the time - think it's the perpetual rush I'm in...it looks beautiful and will be cherished I'm sure.

ReplyDeleteShez that SKOW is too gorgeous to do any reverse or "frog" stitching. I agree with everyone who says "just add some patches to the bottom"...........sometimes mistakes make the best adaptions to patterns.....and this way you can make it "your own"......have fun at the wedding. How are Mum and Dad doing?
