While i have been pruning the dead roses of our rose bushes i picked a lovely bunch of iceberg roses and popped them in a vase on my coffee table.
For the first time since we have planted our friut trees we are going to have some fruit to eat this year, look at these lovely nectarines.
The only thing was the birds are also waiting for them to ripen,so hubby has covered them so hopefully this will keep the birds out.
cheers shez xx

Those roses look lovely in the vase. Looks like a good crop of nectarines there Shez.
ReplyDeleteOh gosh - such lovely roses - I can't wait for our roses to bloom again. We always had to cover our cherry trees or the birds got them all. Out neighbors always called us thinking their was a fire in the orchard - and then we would have to re-explain it was the shimmer of the tree covers they were seeing.
ReplyDeleteLovely roses!!! It must be great to have nectarines in the garden!!! I can only dream about it. Overhere it's freezing!!!!
ReplyDeleteLove, Martine
The roses look so pretty Shez... but Oh those nectarines look YuMMy.. If only I could pop over for some of them...
