ReplyDeleteLove beetroot.
Love the idea of homemade beetroot--- we grow beetroot-- but not enough to bottle-- usually bake it with a roast dinner. Yummy!

ReplyDeleteMy word you have been busy. I love homegrown beetroot...beautiful knitting.
ReplyDeleteWow you had a big crop of beetroot. It does taste so much better than canned. My mum actually just grows and boils it in water and it is so sweet. Of course it doesn't keep as long but is delish! We grow old heirloom varieties though so don't know if that is the difference. Beautiful knitting too. I am starting to feel like pulling the wool out again soon.
ReplyDeleteOh I do love beetroot, we didn't get to do any this year....also love it baked...
ReplyDeleteGorgeous baby knitting Shez..........love the sneaky peek, can't wait to see what you're sewing.
